Raymond's Story
Would really like to start connecting with cherry creek people from 1966. I was not by any means the most popular guy there so I didn't know very many people. .Got in too a bit of a tiff with shellinglaw? remember him I think I spelled his name wrong but he was the big P at the Creek. Anyway one day Dave Cullen Pete Sl;ocum Dale Bowler and I decided to raise a little hell in the hallways, during the fabled creek days celebration, we were quite sober but nonetheless a little wild. Voigt, who later on would stomp me in the hallways on some truly false accusations. As it ended up we actually went to federal court for illegal use of federal property, we weren't expelled nor put on school probation but did have to pay the courts and thus we all did learn our lesson. That was an easy lesson to not forget and as you can tell to this day the memory is clear. Bad boy Joe. Outside of that I was a hockey player and thought all the school sports were already bias as to what players were the most popular and had the best chance of playing major roles. ICherry Creek didn't have hockey at the time so I played at south suburban and Colorado ice arena,Loved the sport. Whats your story?
