Raymond's Story
Life
Married to Beverly Elaine Adkinson-Ingram, we are the very proud parents of 4 children 3 girls (Kyona-24, Jewlina-24, and Brittany-17) we have 1 son, (Raymond II-23). Between the Kyona nd Jewlina we've been blessed to have 3 grandchildren Kyona and her husband Corie 2 boys(Caleb and Linden). Jewlina and Jamar 1 girl, Jewlisa. Having served 12 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and participating in the first gulf war I am now the Pastor of Great Light Missionary Baptist Church and I work as a salesman at Frank Kent Dodge
School
High School for me was the awkward years of life, just going through the motions I guess. No real crush on anyone other than Rutha Boyd. I can't think of the teachers name but the teacher who inspired me most was the the government teacher white male who everyone thought was the meanest teacher at school but he got me looking at politics other than what my parents were talking about.
College
It's hard ...Expand for more
to get an education while serving in the military however I started my formal education at the University of Maryland Far East Division (Okinawa Japan)and finished at Coastal Carolina College In North Carolina at the Marine Corps Air Station in New River N.C. some 12 years later
Workplace
My first and far more important pleasure is Pastoring Great Light Misssionary Baptist Church but my income is from being a salesman at Frank Kent Dodge in Fort Worth
Military
Served 12 and 1/2 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and wouldn't change a thing. From Fort Worth in 1980 to San Diego to Meridian Mississippi to Okinawa Japan to Subic Bay, Phillippines to Seoul South Korea to Dallas to the Azores, to Gitmo, to Arizona, to San Fransisco to Alaska to Hawaii, to Arizon, to Irvine California to Denver Colorado to Saudi Arabia to North Carolina and back home to Fort Worth in 1992 Honorable Discharge with the rank of E-6. Wouldn't change a thing.
