Rebecca is from Miami,Florida. She is married to Ron Stewart, her high school sweetheart from Ocala. They live in Ocala. Prior to her retirement in 2018, for 25 years she served in churches in Florida, Georgia and Alabama as a pastor and a denominational executive. She also worked as a transitional pastor in Atlanta churches and as a leadership coach to clergy and nonprofit leaders.
