Hi Everyone - To those of you who still live in "Wild Wonderful WV,' I am somewhat envious of you. I miss 'them thar hills.' Many of my family have moved back to their hometown of Meadow Bridge after sucessful careers. Those of you that have been able to 'carve out a niche,' hopefully, appreciate the pride and heritage of pioneers who settled there. The Scotch/Irish families were so very close as they were not accepted by the English aristocracy. I could not have chosen a better or more beautiful native state from which to hail. The love of my life, John Wright , SJHS '62 and I have been in Houston, TX for 32 years with him being in the mortgage buisness and myself , also. I have taken a few breathers from it, having owned and operated a health food dtore in Humble, TX of which George Foreman and his wife were regular customers. While it did not incur much in financial riches, I became acquainted with Marion "Micki' Jones, an internationally know author and Iridologist who taught me natural modalities, saved my life on one occasion and from whom I am still learning. I helped run her business upon her absence and was able to help the new owner to get 'up and running.' That is the nature of the natural health industry, training and sharing knowledge to help others to better health.
