Madhuri Rebecca's Story
Life after Ruston has surely been interesting. After living in Houston for 11 yrs. (while married to Max Hosford from Ruston), we divorced and I later moved to Seattle, which I called home. I spent time in India studying with a beautiful woman guru, Amma, and changed my name to Madhuri (Sanskrit for bliss, sweetness). In August 2000 I married Jeff Aiken, and we're now living aboard our sailboat on the waterfront of Tacoma, just south of Seattle. Jeff's 3 grown kids (and our first GRANDson, Henry)...Expand for more
live close enough to visit and sail with us. I work as a marketing consultant and technical writer in the environmental and alternative energy fields. Although I didn't attend our high school reunion, I would love to get back to Ruston, where my parents are buried, and see and hear from classmates. My travels have taken me around the world, yet I still cherish having grown up in a small, safe community more and more each year. Wishing you all a safe, healthy year surrounded by loved ones in 2009!
