Rebecca's Story
Life
I've been living in Florida since leaving Rhode Island, and got my bachelor's degree from Florida State University. Currently, I'm a forensic interviewer with the Child Protection Team, interviewing children who have been physically and sexually abused, and I've been doing this for 7 years. I love my job - for the challenges, and the rewards. But, I hate the necessity. I've been qualified as an expert witness in court several times, but as I get older realize that I can't...Expand for more
keep this up, so I'm currently halfway through getting my Master's degree so I have more options in the near future. I have a three year old niece and a four month old nephew who live nearby, whom I adore, of course. I own my own home. I love having my family nearby, including hoardes of extended relatives, and we have lots of family gatherings. I certainly don't miss the cold of Rhode Island, but after 2004's hurricanes I was ALMOST ready to consider a move back there!
