Reet's Story
Life
A lot has happened since I graduated from Fowler high school in 1990. After a short stint at the U of C and Mount Royal College, I finally got serious about education and went to DeVry Calgary and enrolled in the Electronics Engineering Program. After completing five semesters in Calgary, our family moved to Riverside, California (about 60 miles east of Los Angeles). I completed my education at DeVry in Pomona, CA (about 30 miles east of Los Angeles). I helped out my parents by working at our video store located in Banning, CA (about 30 miles east of Riverside) for a short time after graduating. 998. After landing a few short-term jobs in Riverside and San Diego (about 70 miles south of Riverside), I was offered a position of Engineer at Qualcomm in San Diego. I accepted the position and am currently working here in San Diego. I really enjoyed going to Fowler during my high school days. It was a school filled with excitement, activities and lots of great people. San Diego is nice, but as far as I'm concerned, I couldn't of been happier growing up anywhere but Calgary.
My son, Amren, was born on March 14, 2003. He weighed a whopping 9 pounds, 2 ounces. He's already 5 months old, and growing like a weed!! I am truly blessed by the Lord and very happy in my life.
