Life I went from: High School and Work, to College 1 Semester and Work, to marriage and Work, to Divorce and Work, to College, Graduation, and Work, to Work, to College and Work, to Marriage and Work with only 3 Courses in 13 years suplimented by Construction Missionary Work with VIM 1 Vacation week each year for several years. During this time H.R. at work insisted that I quit playing piano. They said " If I ever get Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and am still known to play that they will not cover the charges because to them piano playing and playing a Piano keyboard uses the same muscle groups etc." , to Divorce and Work, to Marriage and Work, currently learning Home Repair / Improvement and trying to find a way to still have a job with insurance coverage and play Piano. I tried a number of other Creative things for several years and nothing replaces the Piano. For those of you who may ask, to the best of my knowledge the HR people who made me quit Piano, never heard me play. 2007 update HR now says I can play Piano with no penalty because everyone now has a home computer and no one can tell where the Carpal Tunnel came from. A Piano Professor friend tells me that Piano prevents Carpal Tunnel because it promotes correct hand posture and finger movements. I now hope to get my Electric Piano Keyboard hooked up to my computer. December 2009 Lost Job, Lost Health, Just Lost 2010 had to go to Court in May to get Unemployment, that is a long time with no income! End Dec 2010 Burglers, trashed house, we walked in on them, they ran. House Condemned. New Year's Eve Family Safe Party in walking distance of Timeshare, already booked, went, had to have someplace to stay. Jan 2011 to Aug 2011 made house to code = eveything I ever wanted to do to the house, and everything I never wanted to do to the house were rerquired. Yikes, Cost for fixing house!!!!!
