Regina's Story
Life
After high school graduation, I went to UC Berkeley and enjoyed the college experience - but didn't enjoy school. I quit college after a year (what a dummy!) and joined the US Navy. I was stationed at NAS Patuxent River, MD, London, England and NAS Alameda where I worked in Information Technology. I got out of the service in 1984 (7 years) after the birth of my son, Kenneth. I worked for the Department of Defense for 3 years but soon tired of the government bureaucracy. I was hired by Product Development Corporation (PDC) 20 years ago in Merced, CA as a Senior Programmer/Analyst and have been the PDC Corporate IT Manager for the ATT Region for 14 years.

husband's daughter and have a terrific stepson. We are all far too young, but the kids are 31 (Erika), 25 (Michael) and 25 (Kenneth). I have a wonderful grandson and we are excited that we have another grandchild on the way.
I am blessed to live in the California Central Valley - a little removed from the hectic pace of the Bay Area.
I remember my days at Moreau and in the Navy as terrific fun - and hope the years have been kind to all of my classmates.
Addendum: Well, it wasn't UC Berkeley, but at the tender age of 51 I earned my Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from CSU Stanislaus. Very sweet! It always bugged me that I quit college! Now I am looking into pursuing my Executive MBA (hopefully before I am 60!)
