Rene Durney:  

Life Owner Rene Durney native of Syracuse N.Y. has been working with local, regional, and national acts since the age of 19. Starting the business in 1996 with ex-partner Tom DeCare they managed local acts in the Syracuse area with booking, promo, as well as radio spots on local radio station TK99s Homegrown Show and 95x. After looking for a tribute band to head line for a benefit to profit the American Cancer Society that T&R Productions was heading. Durney contacted Kevin Collin (Gene Simmons) of Kiss tribute band Cold Gin. The show was a hit !! T&R promoted many other tribute bands on the east coast such as Draw the Line an Aerosmith tribute, BallBraker an AC/DC tribute, and The Warning, a Queensryche tribute from Syracuse, NY that Durney and DeCare managed. T&R has promoted an managed many tribute bands.. Durney and fellow promoter Bill Delair of The Third Rail Cortland ,NY who Durney had met in booking a tribute acts. Delair introduced many more national acts to Durney.They both have promoted Foghat, and The Cars to name a few. In 2002 - 2003 Rene' was lead singer for WildChild an original band out of NY. Durney added the vocal boost the band was looking for says Rob Cesar guitar player and lead vocal of WildChild. Rene gave the band a new sound, one that was needed.
