Michael's Story
Life
After graduation I enlisted in the Marine Corps,so much for the long hair. I guess that I was looking for a challenge and found one! Of the four years that I was in the Marine Corps the last year was spent in support of operation Desert Shield/ Desert Storm from 1990 to July of 91. Upon returning to the states I was honorably discharged. I began working for a construction equipment dealership. Decided to challenge myself again and enrolled in an aircraft technical school. e at night for just under 2 years. I earned my certification in aircraft airframes and power plants . Someday I may decide to challenge myself again and go back to school to earn some sort of a degree , who knows.
Lived in Columbia for 12 years. I accepted an offer to relocate to our North Carolina location here in Raleigh. I have been married for 14 years and have three daughters ages 10,8, and 5. My wife had worked for the federal government for 17 years and decided to become a stay at home mom, which I think is the best job ever!!
