Rene's Story
When school was done for me. I lived at home for a while. I then moved in w/ my aunt. I met my first real boyfriend when I was 19. I was with him for 3 years. He moved to Arizona w/ his family. I soon moved there myself to be w/ him. I got my own apartment w/ him and a roommate. I was working in a bakery at a grocery store and then met the new love of my life Ian. I broke up w/ my old boyfriend and moved into my own apartment w/ a new roommate named Matt. I worked at a new store and my boyfriend at the time was finishing college at ASU. We moved into our own apartment and then he went to Alabama for OTS.(officer training school). He's a Major now in the Air Force. We have 2 kids. Boy and Girl. We've been married now for 12 years. We lived in California for 4 years.My husbands job at the Air force Base in Sacrament...Expand for more
o was closing, so the Air Force sent him to U C Davis to get his Masters degree for his career field. We then moved to San Antonio Texas for 3 years. We then made a huge move to England for 3 years. We had a great time living over seas. If anyone has a chance to see Europe, I highly recommend it. It was the best 3 years of my family's life. My kids learned so much w/ the history of the British and history from Italy,Greece,Spain,Poland,Prague. and many more places. We now have returned to California where we are now stationed at Vandenberg Air Force Base. We live in Santa Maria. We can't complain. It's beautiful here. We got the beaches and my kids have learned to surf as well as my husband. We're enjoying our lives being in the Air Force. It takes us to many places. This is what I've done since leaving Mt. Diablo.
