Renee's Story
After 36 yrs. of marriage to Mike,getting both daughters through college, married and three grandchildren later...I have lost Mike on July 10, 2008 to Heart Disease.
When I was a child, living in Manhattan, IL.,I loved walking in the garden with Gramps while the dew was still on the ground! Gramps had made a wonderful swing-set for us kids. He worked for the pipeline and had made it from those pipes, so it very strong. Cheri, Bryan, Michelle, Debbie, Margaret and Caradine and I had several years of playing on this with much joy! It was the best in the whole neighborhood!

ther, would gather up us four kids in the early morning and sit under the willow, eating watermelon, watching the sun stir the day.
Cheri, Margaret, Caradine, Michelle, Debbie, Bryan and I would all play in Rauworths playhouse. And I remember, who ever kissed Bryan's hand the best got to be his Queen for the day :-) Oh, and I forgot to say...I never got to be Queen!!!
Rauworth's had a dog named Stormy which I loved very much. We, on the other hand had grandpa's cat! Somehow this cat was to take the place of our dog, Tippy, which we had to give away since he had bit Michelle. I'm sure she provoked that, LOL!!!!
