Life Well, let's see...... Shortly after high school, I met my husband (now ex husband), moved to Temperance, had one son, he's 16 now, then we briefly moved to the metro Detroit area to take care of my ailing grandmother. We moved back, I "grew out of" my husband and have been on my own ever since. I just wasnt ready for that whole "commitment" thing... Things are fine, just the way they are, for now. After I left my husband, I bought a huge old home of my own in the Old West End. It's a historical district located in Toledo, Ohio and to this day, 12 yrs later, I'm STILL remodeling! It's been a real chore, but it's WELL worth the effort...I love my neighborhood. It's a very artsy neighborhood, full of a different mix of all kinds of creative people. Small town atmosphere in a larger city. I couldnt ask for anything more :-) .... I started my own home based daycare, which I loved, but the long hours got to be too much. I loved the kids so much! It was too easy to get attached. When it came time for one of my little ones to move or go off to preschool, it about killed me. I decided to close up shop and went into the financial field.
