Renee's Story
Well, I really didn't graduate from GCHS like I wanted too. My mom and I made a move to Florida at the end of 10th grade and I really hated leaving my friends since it was not easy to make new friends. I stayed in contact with Kathy Fields and Debbie Stephens for a few years. I hope to hear from some of you who might remember me. I was one of the group from Wurtland High School when they made the change to GCHS. I was pretty quite back then but probably not thought of as shy to my friends.
I graduated from Winter Park here in Florida and now have been married to a great man of God for over 30 years. We have two grown daughters and one grandson.

is pastor of New Vision Community Church and we stay quite busy. My mom moved in with us this past year and we are enjoying having her here.
We have traveled quite alot and love the mountains and would like to one day retire near Dollywood. We have just started to enjoy cruises also.
We try to make a trip to visit the rest of my family in Kentucky once a year, usually in the summer.
I enjoy talking with old friends and sharing stories of "the good ole days"
but wouldn't want to go back there since we are so blessed with new technology that makes life so much easier.
Most of my family are still in KY but have one brother here in FL and one sister in New Mexico.
