Renni's Story
I left Corpus Christi and King High School near the end of my Junior year and moved to San Antonio--graduated from Robert E. Lee there. I later married and had 2 sons in San Antonio. Eventually remarried and moved to Hanau, Germany, for 3 1/2 yrs. That's where I began working for Dept of Defense. We then moved to Watertown, NY, and I worked at Ft Drum (for the Army). s Air Force Base. I am now retired after after 30 yrs with DoD. The worst year of my life was 2010. I lost my youngest son to viral meningitis in Feb 2010; then lost my oldest son in Dec 2010 to a blood clotting disorder. 2010 definitely took its toll on the family. I have 4 wonderful step-children, 10 grandchildren, 3 great-granddaughters (and another on the way). My husband & I enjoy hiking with our dogs.
