Rhea's Story
Life
After graduation from high school, I got a B.A. at the University of Miami, and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Virgina. Between the B.A. and the M.P.A., during the Vietnam war, I was lucky to be able to spend a year in Korea with my first husband. A wonderful, mind expanding experience, which has instilled a love of traveling.

ocal government, doing community and economic development. I then quit and embarked on a 2nd career, as a seller of used and rare books. I own a small bookshop in San Diego, CA, where I'm married to my second husband, of 21 years. No children but two terrific step-sons.
In my spare time,I enjoy reading, hiking and traveling, and do volunteer work with abused and neglected children.
