Rhys's Story
Life
When I left Los Gatos High, I attended West Valley College, Initially I started down one path of employment but after spending a year in the field decided to change paths and went to work in the semiconductor field with Advanced Micro devices, in Startup Process Engineering. I met my future wife there and we were married a year later. In 85' our daughter was born and I left the semiconductor field to open my own business. Future Customs Industries is actually two entities under one name. I could never quite give up the car-nut part of myself and found that designing and building Race Cars was a field that I enjoyed very much, and we have been blessed with many worlds record setting cars and designs as well as a 2-3...Expand for more
year backlog of customers, it has been very rewarding. Our second business is Future Customs Tactical Sales, which provides tactical training and equipment to Law enforcement and government contractors. We can provide both the advanced team training as well as special security training for unusual situations, Installations or circumstances. I now live in Oakdale CA. with my family were we base the business and are currently building a new home and planting an Almond/Blueberry Orchard on 45 acres, and in spite of all of this activity, We still spend as much time as possible either in the Monterey Bay area or above us in the mountains around Yosemite and Kennedy Meadows, were we enjoy backpacking, fishing and 4 wheeling.
