Life After graduation, rather than shuffle off to some far away University, I opted for the commuter approach at Lawrence Tech where I would earn a degree in electrical engineering. School began to bore me and I needed an escape, ahh here's a solution I can go to work on co-op or something. I hired in at Ford Motor and began a temporary assignment in Windsor in 1989. I graduated from Lawrence Tech in 1991, in 1996 I finally got out of Windsor and came to work in the U.S. my taxes would be fouled up for years to come. I shook the dirt of Southgate from my shoes in 1995 and moved to the far away bustling metropolis of Dearborn. I spent a number of years taking vacations in Washington D.C. always visiting the Air and Space Museum, I went too many times and decided I had to learn how to fly an airplane. I got my license in 1995. I did a lot of similar assignments for Ford so in 1999 I decided to move on and make a change. I went to an automotive interiors plant in Detroit and managed the engineering department there for 2+ years. In 2002 I left the Metro Detroit area to manage a different automotive supplier's engineering department.
