Richard's Story

Life Went in the Navy right after graduating JHS. I have been happily married to Tina for 20 years now, I have 2 boys JC 28 and Ryan 18, and twin girls Stephanie and Jennifer 16. I am currently retired from the US Navy. I work for Strategic Business Technology as a Senior Cisco Systems Engineer. Military It all started in Jul 85 when I report to San Diego Naval Station for bootcamp, after 8 weeks I went off to technical training on the other side of the base. USS Midway. Second assignment took my to Pearl Harbor Hawaii for 3 fun filled years under the tropical sun. 3rd Assignment took me to Naval Air Station Whidbey Island in Washington State assigned to Attack Squadron 196. 4th Tour took me back to Hawaii for another 3 years in the tropical sun. 5th assignment took me back to where I started in San Diego aboard the USS Boxer where I spent 3.5 years, and finally to Great Lakes Naval Station for instructor duty, teaching Computers and Satellite Communications. Finally retired in July 2005.
