Richard's Story
I live in Alhmabra, CA with my wife Ruth and daughter Hope who is a senior in high school. Recently my daughter insisted that I join Facebook, which has got me started trying to reconnect with friends I've known over the years.
I lived in Napa, CA on Main Street in the 50's and 60's
Then my family moved to Denton, TX where I graduated from high school and was active with Boy Scouts.
I went to college at Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, IA and then went on to University of Washington in Seattle studying Biomath and where I enjoyed hang...Expand for more
ning out with all kinds interesting folks.
I spent a year as a Jesuit Volunteer in Portland, OR working as a teacher's aid in a day care and then went on to Chicago and McCormick. I really enjoyed the year I spent working in Steubenville, OH while I was at McCormick.
I've been back in the Los Angeles area since 1982 and loving it.
I enjoy SciFi and doing Tai Chi. It's been a few years since I've done much hiking, backpacking or camping.
