Richard's Story
Life
I attended Oregon State University and graduated with a degree in Accounting and Finance. My business career has been in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, raising capital and turnarounds of troubled companies. Most recently I was CEO of VantageMed Corporation, a public software company, where I was brought in to save the company and turn it around. I completed my mission and turned the company over to a new management team that I assembled. My eldest son, Levi, is a senior at UCLA majoring in Digital Media and he wants to produce movies and or explore the advertising world. He has many advertising and web clients already, including UCLA and 20th Century Fox. My other son, Brandon, is a freshman at UC Santa Cruz and he plays goalie for their soccer team, which is ranked second in the nation for DIII. We live in Loomis, a small gold rush town 30 miles east of Sacramento in the Sierra foothills. It reminds me of the Heights way back when.
