I went from East LA and Cantwell to the Marines, and I kept moving. Went through several job/career options; studied the world and banked up a lot of experiences. Had two families and four marriages (mea culpa!). Got an excellent education, ending with a doctorate in law. Practiced and taught law almost twenty years (criminal lawyer IS oxymoronic!). in Minnesota, which is much quieter than LA, greener, and a lot, lot colder. Now I am a consultant, novelist and poet (maybe someday a publisher, currently published on Kindle under my name and as "Dick Adams").
