Hey everyone. Wow, it seems like an eternity but just like yesterday that I packed up my bags and moved to the "Great Garden State". Not really, but how else can you describe the last 20+ years in a sentence or two? Seriously, life has been good and I've been blessed with a pretty good life. After spending two years in the UK while serving in the US Air Force, I came back to Williamsport to find that it was still home, but no jobs. I ended up in New Jersey and that's pretty much the "rest of the story". I worked a few jobs here and am working at one of the nation's best employers (well, I think they're pretty good, 20 years and never had to worry about getting paid). Lucky for me, I was in the right place at the right time. Fiber optics was just hitting it's stride and I was involved in upgrading over 10,000 miles of cable plant in the Philly Metro/New Jersey region.
