Life
Here we are:
Wife - Jane - WOOF!
Children - Julie - 21 (IUPUI-Junior), Christine - 13 (9th grade), Gabriel-10(6th Grade), Luke - 8 (4rth grade)
I'm now at Station 55 "B" Shift on the Ladder just loving my new bid position on IFD!
The Farmhouse is at 97% completion on the outside, and has the old school look from the 1920's. Once it is locked up at 100% completed, then a friend of mine will give me a price on closed cell foam insulation, after approval on the rough-in permits for the: HVAC, Plumbing and Elecrical!
We have bought a Holiday Rambler Travel Trailer (28') from a friend, then was fortunated to get a Dodge 3500 Dually to pull it. We will be a camping family this year-joyfully!
Christine, Gabriel and Luke are doing very well in school and Julie is rocking with virtually straight "A's" in College. Jane is on a "A" run with her courses for Medical Assistant, at IVY Tech! Such a smart TRIBE! :)
I couldn't change this below for the flow from my heart for my friends!
Just a small note to say thanks for the friendship that I had while living in Frankfurt from everyone while going to school. The great times at both the Junior High, and High School (GO EAGLES) were so precious as I reflect on the fun we had. I did have the EAGLES poster re-created and it looks great! If anyone has an idea of how I can get it to the FAHS Students-please let me know!.!.!. Somewhere I have a poster of a band performance that we did in Kircheimbolanden back in 1974 while in the (Jr. High) band. How about when we performed (H.S.)at the Romer Platz for Miss USA - Summer Bartholemew! ...Expand for more
I have some pictures somewhere, but still await my negatives from J.D. Huff. I had an awesome time in a German Marching Band (Kraestcher Fanfarhensuge) for about one year year as well. Some of you will remember the great football games with all of us in the stands cheering for The Eagles! Oh Yes!! The many times we met our German friends in the park next to Gibbs Housing, to going with them to Discoteques, the swimming pool in Hedernheim. We would go to their soccer games and cheer them on in english with a great deal of spirit. The other german citizens had no idea what we were saying, but they joined in to have the same fun as well!
Waldron Jr/Sr High School in the small community of Waldron Indiana, is where I went after rotating back to the states in 1976. I've never seen a school so small, but had a most awesome Senior year with the students there. We had 76 students in our graduating class, and you knew everyone! So much fun and precious/priceless memories!
I hope everyone gets ready for the 35th year CELEBRATION for us 1977 graduates. I think it is OK to bust a move as we all have before and give God thanks for His grace upon our lives!
If you happen to be in Indianapolis, look me up!
