Richard's Story
After 2 years at the University of Montana, moved to the Seattle area to school in Ocean Technology. Graduated in 1972, and started a carreer in ocean standards work - temperature, salinity, pressure, and now dissolved oxygen standards.
Married Linda Flachsenhar, and have had 5 children - 2 girls and 3 boys. One married with two grandchildren...Expand for more

I presently work for Sea-Bird Electronics in Bellevue WA - a leader in high quality ocean research equipment for ocean measurements of temperature, salinity, pressure, and dissolved oxygen.
Own, drive, and continue to restore a 1951 Chevy.
Active in Christian faith.
