Life
Well I guess it's the future.
I can't believe that it has been 5 yrs since I have been up on this page.
I will be 69 in 2 (two) months unbelievable!
My wife Robin is still my best friend and we are empty nesting.
Dana is still in Cal. and her boys are getting big. Her oldest Charlie (10) was kissed by Taylor Swift last year at the Grammy's...lucky guy!
Richard is still in love with the restaurant business and is working at the Sailor's Return in Stuart, Fl.
Andrew has graduated from UNF (Univ. of N. Floria) and is the first mate on a 112' Westport, out of Ft. Lauderdale. He plans to finish his Captains license and then go to law school and specialize in "Admiralty" Law.
I still am publishing my newspaper on the Internet at out2martincounty.com
At 64, yes I just had a birthday 12.09.2008, I am really still only a child in an adult body.
I have a beautiful wife who is 51, I just wanted to let everyone know right up front "I robbed the cradle". We have been married for 27 years and have 2 children of our own. ...Expand for more
Richard 24, and Andrew who is 20. I have a married daughter Dana who is 39 from a previous marrige, living in California. She made me a grandfather in May of 2004...Charles, and in Nov. '06 Smith arrived She's married to a Brit. that accounts for the names. He is in the "industry", "singa/acta", you might see him in Titanic or Pirates of The Caribbean.
After teaching in the New York City School system, in 1969 the teacher strike forced me into a career change. I found myself in the related field of "Educational Publishing".
For the next 25 years my professional efforts revolved around putting quality materials in the hands of teachers across the country. From workbooks to text books to software to internet services.
Today I am owner of an Internet newspaper Out2martincountycom.
It is a local community newspaper in Martin County Florida, on the Internet.
The main difference between Out2 and a regular newspaper is that the general public can write articles. The newspaper is also "FREE".
