Richard's Story
Life
I live in Los Angeles, in the Silver Lake area. I have a summer home in Vermont (between Woodstock and Killington) and I'm there July and August, and three weeks at Christmas. I work as a public school teacher and administrator (when I get sick of one I switch to the other). I went to graduate school in New York and I love visiting there about once each year. is Europe. I am a member and supporter of the ACLU, Human Rights Campaign, Southern Poverty Law Center, Sierra Club, National Wildlife Federation, The Nature Conservancy, Planned Parenthood, Medecin Sans Frontiers, FINCA; as well as, MOCA, LA County Museum of Art, The Metropolitan Museum, and the LA Philharmonic. I like sharing my life with friends whose values I respect.
I learned very early on that life can be disappointingly short; I don't want to have any regrets when it's over.
