Richard's Story
Out of FSU I worked for KPMG as a CPA in Jacksonville, Florida. In 1984 I became the Senior Vice President and CFO for Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. and retired after 20 years. I took about a year and half off and then became Executive Vice President and CFO for Raytech, Inc. Raytech was a NYSE company that we took private, improved their operations and then it was sold to Sun Capital February of 2008. I was also the Executive Vice President and CFO for US Oncology the nations largest cancer network in Houston Texas from 2006 to 2007. I am currently living in Raleigh, North Carolina and have a home in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Effective February 1, 2010, I have accepted the position of Executive Vice President and CFO of General Parts International, Inc. (dba CarQuest) a $2.9 billion automotive parts distributor in the US, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. I am married to Anne my lovely wife of 43 years and have two children Ryan, 38 and Kelly, 33. Both live in the Raleigh, NC area.

On March 16, 2016 i joined One Call Care Management as Executive Vice President and CFO and retired November 15, 2017.

Kelly has given us a new grand daughter Harper Grace Kaplan (4 years). Ryan has two children Zella (17 mo.) and Braedon (6 mo).
Purchased a house in Ponte Vedra Inn & Club May, 2014 and in the process of a total renovation inside and out. We should be able to move in January 2015. This will be our retirement home. Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.
