Richard's Story
I have retired from the USPS after 42 years. My last job with them was Managing our European partners. I spent at least one week a month in Europe negotiating rates, improving service performance and customer service. I am now residing in Vero Beach, Florida after many years of shoveling snow and wearing heavy coats I am wearing short sleeve shirts and shorts. nd good friends, I felt his story was incomplete so off I went to Wyoming to find out if I could fill in any blanks. I initially went out to see if anyone remembered Dons story and was surprised how many people did. Once I returned, I contacted Bob Armstrong since he wrote a book on Don to see if he wanted to go with me back to Wyoming and do more investigating. Bob is now updating his first book about Don.
