Richard's Story
Born in Hazard Kentucky and grew up in Lookout, WV. Worked 11 years in the coal mines, earned Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies at Mountain State University and took WVU classes in Labor Law.
Worked on Staff for Several WV Legislative Sessions and aide to State Senator Robert K. Holiday.
Later working for the West Virginia Attorney General as Legal Investigator later leaving to open my own Investigative Firm.
Worked several years as a Union Representative and was elected President of the Southwest Virginia Building and Construction Trades in Roanoke, VA.
Left the Building Trades and Union Representative work a few years ago and re-opened my Legal Investigations Firm and at the same time Started Managing We Spring Bail Bonds in West Virginia opening offices in several locations.

Overload, first bass and vocals and later just doing vocals. We played throughout WV and came in second place with the WV Battle of the Bands.
Now I am married to a wonderful wife Cheryl and started a band 'Blue Maggie' playing Americana and Bluegrass in a number of States and enjoy getting radio play in a number of countries while spending my spare time as recording engineer and music producer and riding my motorcycle.
On the family side, I am the father of two wonderful children Adam and Adrienne and the proud grandfather of four.
I have been blessed with numerous experiences and the ability to change for the sake of making life interesting which keeps me young at heart.
In my heart will always be the experiences and wonderful friends at Nuttall High School and the lesson learned from Senator Holiday while attending Nuttall and until his death a couple years ago.
