Richard was born in Brooklyn and raised in Queens, NY. His schools included schools included the Glen Oaks Public School 115, Floral Park Junior High School 172 and Martin Van Buren High School. He then graduated Hunter College with an AB in Zoology/Chemistry. Following...Expand for more
college he graduated from Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. He then completed a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Brooklyn-Cumberland Medical Center and has practiced his specialty for close to 40 years. He will retire 6/30/2016.
