Richard's Story
Life
On May 16, 2010 the Gethsemane MBC was organized and we are located at 4323 Greenwood Rd, Shreveport, 71109. We start at 9 am each Sunday morning with Sunday School and Morning Worship at 10 am. Mid-week Services are each Wednesday night 6:30-7:30 pm. The Lord blessed us to move into our new location in January 2016. If you don't have a church home you are welcome to come and join us. We believe in seeking to save that which is lost.
God has blessed me to hold the position of Dean of Congress of the 13th District Baptist Association # 2 for 10 plus years. Also, I'm a member of the California-Louisiana Crusade for Christ.

eat with my wife and four children. I've had a few birthdays now with baby having graduated from LATech May 2017. While during a tour at Ft. Polk during Iraqi Freedom I learned to play golf. This is what I do for leisure or lift some weights. I'm no longer employed with the U. S. Postal Service. As of December 2013 I retired from the U. S. Postal Service.
I know that a lot of classmate don't remember me, but it's all good. In High School I was quiet, trying to make it through school and graduate. Praise God, He allow me to do just that.
My first job was hauling hay, where I got paid very little to work very hard. What I remember most about it is the fun I had with the other guys.
