Richard's Story
I am living in a condo in Forest Park, IL, which is just a little west of the Chicago city limits. The west end of the blue line train (the "L") to Chicago ends about 1/2 block from my front door.

in software implementations project management and sales for about 11 yearrs now, with a long history of implementing software systtems, and managing ccustomer service functions at utility companies before that.
I am a huge hockey fan (still!), and go to games in Chicago and wherever my business travels take me.
