Harbour Masters Office tracking military & Civilian positions, later I was Batallion Personnel Specialist, then did some TDY duty for the Marine Maintenance Division in the Phillipines, in Taiwan at Taipeii & Koushung.
For the most part I had been fortunate and missed combat for my three years and enjoyed the Worlds Fair at Osaka Japan. Combat consited of survining the Bars & Brothels of Okinawa. The USO in Naha rescued me from a life of debauchery and I had made some good aquaintances both civilian and military.
