After graduation from high school, I went to two years of college. Received an AA degree, and left school. I bounced around a bit with various jobs, bought a Volkswagen camper, van, and toured much of North America. I got into backpacking and camping seriously. I still love camping today. I was married for a short time, then divorced. No children. Had a couple of motorcycle accidents, reached the arctic ocean, photographed grizzlies in the wild, stared down the gun barrels of automatic weapons wielded by men in Mexico, and survived a category five hurricane on an island in the Caribbean I was very fortunate to be at game seven of the 2002 World Series win the Angels finally won at all.
