itar at age 9 and began writing music at age 12. I still play and write and have a CD where a couple of the songs really aren't too bad at all. As a matter of fact, a couple of them have actually received some airplay. I still love music of all genres; especially if it's live. I participated in various forms of karate from the same early ages until about 30. I have surfed many of the beaches in Florida, Texas and California. And finally I have played baseball (later softball) well into my 40's. I grew up on the rather tough side of Houston. I went to Marshall and Burbank Junior Highs and finally graduated from Sam Houston High School. I then went to the University of Houston which was followed up with about a 10 year stint in Denver where I became a huge Broncos fan. Then I moved back to Houston and went back to school. Being a tad more mature, the second time was so much easier; I got a BBA and an MBA as a result. I have three fantastic children and four wonderful grandchildren that live in Missouri and Florida so I don't get to see them as often as I would like. I am married to a girl that I often refer to as my best friend, my girlfriend and my wife all rolled in to one. She is the relationship I have been waiting all my life to have.".
