Rick's Story
I Graduated Pittsburgh Technical Institiute in 1981. Went to night school at Duquesne University for Computer Science until 1984 when they dropped the evening program.
Worked at Beaver Valley Power Station for 6 years.
Met my wife Darla in 1984 at Dave Carlson's "I'm out of the Navy party"...gee thanks Dave!
Played in a band with my brother Chuck and Darren and Kevin Geyer for almost 4 years from 1980 to 1984 - most local - no big contracts - lots of fun.
Graduated from Point Park College in 1986 with a BSMET.
Worked for a Dutch Steel Company for 5 years; traveled extensively to Europe, Mexico and South America. I now appreciate Senora Pecora's Espanol class.
Graduated from Robert Morris University in 2003 with a Masters Degree in Engineering Management.

firm, Aker Solutions (former Davy, Davy Dravo, Aker Kvaerner etc..) in Canonsburg/Southpointe as Director of Engineering.
Current hobby is writing and recording music...have a small basement studio, about 8 guitars, two basses, amplifiers, 2 keyboards, Pearl drums, baby grand piano...auditioned for Nashville Star...submitted songs to American Idol for the songwritging contest...posted some songs on "myspace dot com forward slash rickcome"...now working on the second CD.
Two kids: our daughter, Nina, born in 1990 and son, Evan, in 1992. Nina attends West Virginia Wesleyan College for Physical Therapy Management. Evan's only interests are playing football (tailback and linbacker), rifles and video games.
One dog, Stella, a Golden Retriever; her interest is chewing everything. Stella!!!!
