Rick's Story
Life
After graduation, I got a double major in business at Texas A&M and went to work for Zachry Construction out of San Antonio. With the exception of a 14-month break to do some bartending in New Orleans, my job with Zachry is the only job I've had; 30 years and 15 states. manage to get home to Louisiana every weekend to catch up on lost time with my family. I have been married almost 14 years now and have a 10-year old daughter that some of you met at the 30-year reunion. In November, 2007, my wife and I adopted 2 one-year olds from Guatemala, a boy and a girl, to keep us young. I really enjoyed seeing a lot of folks at the 30-year reunion that I hadn't seen since graduation and look forward to 2012.
