Rick's Story
Life's been a challenge, like for many of us. We've all had good and bad times, some better than others. I hope that most of us had a good life and experienced a good mate and shared the blessings of children. I have two son's, Christopher, who is now 20, he had the opportunity to play baseball at Dallas Baptist University. Chris is now heading into the Marines. Nicholas, my younger son is 18, he too, is playing baseball for a junior college in central Tx. For myself, I am a General Contractor/Developer in Dallas/Fortworth area. I am now single and taking care of my son's. How can you tell others what you've gained or lost in 35 years after High school. Just smile and be happy. The best to all of you who read this.
The best childhood memories were living on Moreland St. with all the kids, growing up together.
My first job was at Thrifty, where I got paid $1.65 to stock and clean. What I remember most about it is working from 10pm to 12am.
Whow, have to be Darrell Gleason from Baltz Elem. We played all sports together and had a band in 8th grade, lol.

thy and fit. I'm going to get there by Doing what ever it takes. (that's a lie, i'll try and work out 3 days aweek and drink only a six pack a week, lol)
Lots of them from BB, baseball, now, it's buckles from roping
I still wear wranglers, boots and a hat or cap. Do dress up on occasions, if my date wears a dress.
My best friend would tell you I'm friendly and always there to support or help, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as a friendly and respectfull person.
The career has pretty much went the way i have expected in this trade, feast or famine, lol
My current age is 54. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be "holly crap, that'sold". I was so completely illusioned by the gift of age.
My boys have shown me what i have taught them over the years, reminds me to pay attention to things
Obsessions, well, that's obvious, i have a bad addiction to team roping, can't get enough of it, lol
Hero, yeah boy, it my Parent's. Taught me good and how to survive and keep a good attitude!!!
Blow off steam by working in the shop or on the property
