Rick's Story

Life Went into the Navy after graduation and was stationed overseas and on the west (left) coast. After service came back to Smyrna area and was employed by the Cenral of Georgia Railroad (part of Southern Railway)which is now Norfolk Southern Railway. Still with them after 28 years. Just builded a new house in the Mableton area and hope to retire there. Married in 1972 and divorced in 1980. Re-married in 1982 to Renee'. Still happily married and between us we have four kids, which are as I like to say, "Grown and gone. It's our money now."...Expand for more
Course if you have children you know they are never completely out of your wallet. Hopes & Dreams: Hope this country can turn it's self around to where the people are free and not dependant on the government. We need the individual self reliance that made this country great for the future of our children. This I learned from being overseas in other countries. This is the greatest country in the world. Dreams: After I retire, to go back to college and finish something I started many years ago Rick (or as some people may know me as Rickey)
