interspersed with spending as much time as possible with my love of sailing, hiking, skiing, horses, sports cars,
motorcycles and of course, my family.

2001 Palos Verdes CA Retired from professional consulting in the Automotive Aftermarket.
2001 - 2003 Palos Verdes CA Peggy and I took an extensive trip around the entire country in our 40' diesel pusher motor home.
Age 60 (2009)
2003 - 2015 Kingman AZ Purchased two properties, a 160 acre ranch property and an additional 50 acre property as a 25 acre residence for ourselves and our horses, and 25 acres to develop an RV Park, General Store, Mini Storage, Laundromat and Horse Stabling business, called Blake Ranch RV Park and Horse Motel.
2013 Suffered a heart attack while working (2 stents), full recovery.
Retirement (Finally Ready To Sit On The Porch)
2015 Kingman AZ Sold the ranch property and business.
2015 Kingman AZ Bought our 10 acre dream ranch home for Peggy and I, and our four horses.
Retirement Plans
Spend time with our daughter and 4 grand children.
Travel with our horses to ride our countries great national parks, while still able.
Continue our many on going sailing visits in the Caribbean.
