Life
This is my official Bio from Aradyme, the company where I work:
Rick Weiss, serving as Creative Director, has twenty-two years experience as a grapic deisgner. Rick has a BFA degree in graphic design from Brigham Young University and spent the first few years of his career at the University as head of the design departments for the Lee Library and then the Monte L. Bean Life Science Museum. Mr. Weiss left BYU to manage the International Design Department for WordPerfect Corporation. He then became a Senior Designer in the WordPerfect Corporate Communications Design Group. When Novell acquired WordPerfect Corporation, Rick became the Senior Designer for the Novell Main Street and then the Novell Perfect Home SOHO divisions. He then became the A...Expand for more
rt Director for the Novell Internet Commerce Division. After leaving Novell, Mr. Weiss became a Senior Designer for the Curriculum Department of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Just prior to becoming the Creative Director for Aradyme, Rick was the Art Director for Tanner Spence Group a full service marketing and consulting ad agency specializing in technology.
Rick has lived in Utah since getting out of the Air Force in 1977. He married Penny Edwards in 1975 and has been hapily married for 27 years. Rick and Penny have 4 children, 2 girls and 2 boys and have 4 grandchildren including a set of twin girls.
Rick enjoys camping and the outdoors, gardening and horticulture, cooking, reading science fiction, and is an avid photographer,
