Rick's Story
Life
My wife's name is Kerry. We have been married for 25 years and are very happy. She is an inspiration to me. She loves God, loves people and has an incredible heart. She is a Real Estate agent here in East Texas. We love to travel, play golf, sing and play games. She is much more outgoing than I am. I am retired from law enforcement in California and am now working for the State of Texas.
My Kids
Both boys and very good young men. Brian is 24 and wants to be a Physician's Assistant. He has recently obtained a job at a hospital in Tyler Texas as a nurse and has finished the first part of his schooling. Eric is 23 and is in the Navy. He has returned for some R and R and is in Jacksonville, FL. Both are very good men who have very strong personalities. They are passionate and dedicated to their school and training. They love the Lord and are committed Christians.
Our Dog
She is a miniature dachshund and is cute as can be. She like to chase balls and toys when thrown. She likes to curl up around my neck and fall asleep.
Carly
Carly is a little girl from Pleasant Hills Children's Home. She loves to draw and put make up, bandages, iodine and anything else she finds on my person. She sings and makes up very funny stories. She really is a great personality even at 5 years old. We get her on holidays and she brings great joy to our life.
