Four years later was promoted to Major and accepted the Battalion Commander position with 1st Battalion ASDF - DMVA 49th Readiness Brigade. Trained in JISCC OPS and ALMR COMS. Have additional training in CERT - Community Emergency Response Teams and Red Cross Shelter Management.
BA Degree in Education from Whitworth University in Spokane, WA.
Physical Education Major and US History Minor. Currently a Substitute Teacher in the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District in Soldotna, Alaska. Was a Washington State Certified Teacher for five years. Need to get Re-Certified again someday. Successful High School Football Coach and Track and Field Coach.
HOBBIES: Backpacking, Cross Country Land NAV, Downhill Skiing, Fitness Weight Lifting, Salmon Fishing, Deep Sea Halibut Fishing,
