Rick's Story

Rick is from Santa Rosa, California. Rick attended Santa Rosa High School. Graduated University of California, Santa Barbara (ran cross-country, track) (Degrees in Painting, English Literature, Studio Art). 5th year graduated with a Secondary Teaching Credential in Art, English and Physical Education. Hired at San Clemente High in 1974., teaching Painting/Drawing. IS, LPAPA, PAAC, ISAP, PRIMA, ASMA, and is Artist member of OPA and California Art Club, and Associate Living Master with the Art Renewal Center. Authored book "Beauty Unites Us" in 2020. Books The Bible is a wonderful guide for living in faith, especially in these troubled times. Movies : Chariots of Fire, Dances with Wolves, Saving Private Ryan Music: Classical--Franz Liszt, Debussy, Morten Lauridsen Greatest Loves: Mom, wife Lynn and daughters Michelle and Lisa, running, swimming , painting Goals: To appreciate each day that God has gifted to me.

Her 2nd home on Ghost Ranch. She would leave it in the winter and go to Abiquiu about 25min.apart.
A photo that the museum is hoping to get rights to soon so that they can sell it in a gift store.
Georgia stayed in her home in Abiquiu until she was 96 years old and then moved to Santa Fe the last 3 years of her life.
Got quick sketches done at each of the 5min. stops on the tour.
