Life
Hi, Everyone
After graduating from BHS in 1966, I went to USM where I obtained an Accounting Degree in 1970. I then went to work in New Orleans with the U.S. General Accounting office as an auditor and then supervisory auditor. In 1974, I transferred to the U.S. Customs Service (in New Orleans) where I held positions as Senior Auditor, Assistant Field Director (Internal Audit), and Director, Financial Management Division. Field Director, Office of Regulatory Audit, U.S. Customs and Border Protection. I held that position until August 3, 2007, when I retired from the federal government with 37 years service. I am married to my wife Pam for 47 years and we have one son, Trey. We presently live in The Woodlands, Texas (a community just north of Houston). As of now, I am just trying to figure out what to do since my retirement. One thing I know, it's nice not having to go to work every day! Thanks, Rick
