Rico's Story
Life
After high school, I joined the Navy. I've been stationed in Colorado Springs, CO; San Diego, CA; Pearl Harbor, HI; Brunswick, ME, Washington DC and finally Columbus, OH. I'm married to Cathy Evans (Class of '89). We have 2 beautiful children Jonah and Hannah. Please drop me a note to say hi!
Military
After graduation in 1991, I joined the Navy. I've went to Bootcamp at Orlando, FL in 1991, YN"A" School in Oct 1991. First duty station was ...Expand for more
at Naval Reserve Center, Fort Carson, CO (1992-1995), USS FREDERICK (LST 1184) (1995-1997), VR-62 (C-130), Brunswick, ME (1997-2000), and Navy Pentagon (2000-2003). I promoted to Chief Petty Officer (E-7) in 2003 and transferred to Navy Reserve Readiness Command, Mid-Atlantic, Washington Navy Yard from 2003-2006. I reported to Navy Operational Support Center, Columbus, OH in July 2006 for my last tour in the Navy and plan on settling down here in Columbus.
