Rita's Story
Hi, my name is Rita Gesmundo but back in High School I was Margherita Boccia. I always wanted to be a teacher when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a great idea. As it turns out, they were right. But unfortunately I never made it to college. I went to work after high school and meet my husband. I got married on 9-3-1977 and moved upstate to Dutchess County because my husband got a job with IBM in Fishkill, NY. m me ended up to be the teacher I wanted to be in Florida teaching 4th grade) and a nice house. But they are gone now and I have lots of time on my hands. I do work for a disability center as a secretary and I enjoy the people I work with. I am looking to rekindle old friendships that were very dear to me back in the day. I have met a couple of people on here, but would like to actually meet face to face with some of my friends. I am hoping that this will happen some day and we can remember the good old days.
