Robert's Story

Robert Rivera passed away on October 18, 2011, from complications of the Agent Orange he came in contact with in Vietnam. Robert was born in Los Angeles, CA and grew up in Lakewood, CA. He married Brenda J. Sebo-Watson in 1980 and they had Robert Joseph Rivera, III (Joey) on March 5, 1981. He had his second son with Brenda January 26, l992, his name is Eric Daniel Rivera. ert has two granddaughters Serenity Starr Rivera and Veronica Rae Rivera. Robert learned heavy equipment operations in the Army and worked a number of years as a reach truck and forklift operator. He moved to the San Bernardino County area in 1984 and lived there for seven years. After his second son was born we moved to Porterville, CA and he spent the rest of his live there.
